HostMonster主機退款政策

最近因為一些其他原因，進(jìn)行了一次HostMonster主機退款，偶然發(fā)現HostMonster官方改變了退款政策。以前退款只需填寫(xiě)任意回復郵箱，所有的回 復郵件都會(huì )發(fā)送到這個(gè)郵箱中，但是這次退款發(fā)現官方將申請退款填寫(xiě)信息確認鏈接發(fā)送到主機注冊時(shí)填寫(xiě)的聯(lián)系人郵箱中，后來(lái)發(fā)送郵件詢(xún)問(wèn)具體原因，HostMonster官方回復的郵件內容如下：

xxxxx,
We are only able to send communication to the email that is on file for your account. If you would like an email sent to another address, please log into your Hostmonster cPanel and update the email address on file. We would then be able to send your information to the new email address.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

上述郵件大致內容：我們發(fā)送郵件到主機賬戶(hù)的聯(lián)系人郵箱，如果你想讓郵件發(fā)送到另一個(gè)郵箱地址，請登錄HostMonster主機cPanel面板修改郵箱地址，我們將發(fā)送郵件到新的聯(lián)系人郵箱地址。
由此可知，申請HostMonster主機退款需要我們注意聯(lián)系人郵箱是否和填寫(xiě)的回復郵箱一致，否則容易出現收不到郵件的情形。
